Accommodation
Two double bedrooms with wardrobes and ceiling fans, one bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds with chest of drawers and under bed drawers, and floor standing fan. There is one bathroom and one shower room (both with toilets). The spacious open plan sitting room with TV and DVD player, leads onto dining room with large table (for eight people), leading on to kitchen with modern oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and double sink unit. The house has a utility room with washing machine.
The house is suitable for children, and older children will find plenty to do in the village with football pitch, basket ball and tennis courts adjacent to public gardens and swimming pool in the next street from the house. The house has central heating for the winter months. No smoking and no pets.
Cleaning and linen and towel changes are weekly.
There is a courtyard accessible through the sitting room or kitchen. From the courtyard into the garden, with BBQ, table and chairs, and sun shade with orange and lemon trees. The roof terrace with its views of the village and the mountains overlooking the village and the sierra view has shaded area and deck-chairs.
Changeover day is Saturday – depart by noon and arrival after 4pm.
